What ever the delay is between the current count and the old count it will get worst if you have a flood of comments in a short period of time. It look like right now the delay is as much as 24 hours or more. You guys need to fixed this it is very effing annoying.

I have to agree with you there Field. Despite the ignorance on display by your boy Slappy some people get diseases through no fault of their own. A close family member is waiting on a liver due to a bad blood transfusion in 1980. The lack of empathy in these conservatives is astounding. Lucky for us my family member was a union member and had good insurance and a pension, I can only imagine if they were poor and had no insurance. When shit hits home opinions change quickly.

Yeah the cheesecake was a bit weird. Flavor-wise I actually really liked it but the texture was off and the way it was served in a mason jar made it hard to get a good ratio of crust:filling:whipped cream. I think if it was served more like a regular cheesecake I could have handled it.

There isn’t that much soy flour in the recipe, so I’m sure if you tried replacing it with all purpose or whole grain flour it wouldn’t change the structure all that much. Most of the structure is coming from the eggs in this case anyways since there isn’t any gluten in the soy flour. Give it a try and let me know how they turn out! There was a lot of maillard browning in these as well!
